Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition
of renting an apartment unless otherwise clearly stated and
permitted by law.
You may ask us to stop sending nonessential promotional

using an unsubscribe option included in an email, or contacting
the leasing office.
We may continue sending communications reasonably necessary to
respond to an active inquiry or administer an application,
lease, payment, maintenance matter, or resident relationship.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages according to
your mobile-service plan.
